What is the American Association for Justice (AAJ)

The American Association for Justice was the brainchild of nine plaintiffs’ attorneys involved in workers’ compensation litigation.  These nine lawyers got together in 1946 with the goal of forming a national organization to help trial lawyers across the country combat new threats.  The group’s nascent name was the National Association of Claimants’ Compensation Attorneys (NACCA).  Soon enough, lawyers…
