Sometimes getting into a challenging multisport race is also a major challenge. Races in Reston, Virginia, Columbia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. sell out quickly every year. Herndon sports injury lawyer Doug Landau was able to get into the perennially sold out Reston Triathlon which will be contested at South Lakes High School and Lake Audubon on September 12th.

Landau hopes to break into the top 20 for the first time this year. In preparation, Lawyer Landau registered for this week’s Reston Road Runners “Fall Into Winter 10K Race.” While Landau has had breathing difficulties since September of last year, his current training and medication regimens will hopefully result in more consistent race results and higher placings in Championship events, such as the USAT National Duathlon Festival in April in Richmond, Virginia and the Age Group Sprint Triathlon Championship in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in September. For Landau’s current race schedule, e-mail ABRAMS LANDAU or call (703)-796-9555. Just like with our cases, our racing, teaching and volunteer schedule is an “open book.”
