Texting While Driving – A Risk Not Worth Taking

Are you angered when you see the driver in the next lane texting?  What you should be is scared!  Herndon injury lawyer Doug Landau knows that texting drivers are a hazard to us all.  In Huntsville, Alabama this past summer, a college student from Texas was texting while driving.  His truck plunged off of a bridge, over a cliff, and into a ravine.  In an eerie premonition of things to come, moments before the accident, the driver texted

“I need to quit texting, because I could die in a car accident”

Lucky for him, this driver did not die.  Lucky for those around him, his bad decision did not result in anyone else being injured.  Read about the accident and the driver’s warning about texting behind the wheel:  “Don’t do it.  It’s not worth risking your life.”
