a DVD of selected deposition excerpts as well as computer animations of what happens to a paralyzed body that is subject to a vehicular accident.  By using this computer and video technology, the judge was able to understand what happens to a paraplegic’s body in a car crash or van crash.  Mr. Landau has lectured (and published) about wheelchair accidents, transportation cases and unique negligence claims throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Despite contrary case law, convincing a Senior New Jersey trial court judge to allow evidence of not only prior dog attacks and dog bites, but subsequent attacks and bites as well.  These rulings in Mr. Landau’s client’s favor in the Hudson County Superior Court lead to a settlement at trial over four times the highest offer in the case.  In another “first,” the Abrams Landau trial team had computers, computer legal research and even a printer at counsel table at trial !
