Bicycle Handlebar Stems Recalled as Unsafe

Salsa Cycles, a subsidiary of Quality Bicycle Products, of Bloomington, Minnesota, is recalling about 6.500 Salsa Handlebar Stems. According to reports, the handlebar stems can crack or break, posing a fall hazard to the rider.
