By the time you’re ready for your first appointment, you should have already determined that you have a case by email or by phone. Cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning the outcome must be favorable for Abrams Landau. Ltd. to collect attorney’s fees.At your first appointment, you will meet with Douglas Landau or one of the members of his team. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your case or the legal process. Together, you will review all the facts about your case, so to make the best use of your time, please find the appropriate forms below to print and complete before you come in.

Personal Injury: if you have suffered injury, loss or disability caused by another person or company

Workers Compensation: if you sustain a sudden accidental injury that causes disability from your job

Social Security Disability: if you expect to be disabled for 12 months or more or have a fatal condition
