Not only is he an active triathlete, but also a USA Triathlon referee with over 20 years\u2019 experience as an official, including the great honor of being named the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamusa.org\/USA-Triathlon\/News\/Articles-and-Releases\/2020\/November\/20\/David-Conover-Vicki-Edwards-Earn-USA-Triathlon-Officials-Recognition-Awards\">2020 Official of the Year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In another offseason video (<a href=\"https:\/\/landauinjurylaw.com\/theathleteslawyer\/2022\/01\/29\/triathlon-season-on-the-horizon\/\">view the previous one here<\/a>), Conover lays out what cyclists can and can\u2019t do, including his <strong>#1 most important recommendation<\/strong> for any cyclist entering a triathlon.
