Landau, of the Herndon law firm ABRAMS LANDAU, Ltd.<\/a>, was 3rd out of 110 entrants. This Friday, he travels to Richmond for the VTLA Advanced Workers Compensation program, meetings at the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission headquarters and the Richmond Sports Backers<\/a> Marathon Weekend. The Landaus will be competing with other Virginia workers comp lawyers in the 8km<\/a> (about 5 mile) race Saturday morning before the legal educational program resumes. Changing his training in the run up to the 2012 National and World Triathlon Championships, the Fairfax County comp lawyer has started sprint work in addition to regular swim practice with the Sport & Health Worldgate<\/a> “World Gators” team, indoor biking at HPC <\/a>and deep water running at the Herndon Community Center.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
