As Thomas Boswell of the <a title=\"wash post boswell steroids\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2010\/08\/19\/AR2010081906100.html\" target=\"_blank\">Washington Post<\/a> astutely pointed out, there are many reasons for an athlete not to cheat.
