Leesburg Executive Airport<\/a> for a report of an airplane crash. Virginia State Police indicate a single-engine Cessna was approaching to land at the airport when a strong wind caught the aircraft, forcing it to crash-land off the runway and overturn. Police report the plane\u2019s pilot was the aircraft\u2019s only occupant.
