A Simple Stretch to Ease Low Back Pain

Athletes – and runners in particular — are particularly susceptible to low back pain.

Herndon Triathlon Lawyer Doug Landau came across an easy exercise that helps to reset the body after the repetitive stresses it endures in training, running, or even just sitting for long periods of time.  It is called the Double-Leg Pelvic Tilt.  Click here to watch a quick video demonstrating how to do it.
