Wilson Castellanos is studying law at the American University. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Virginia.  Wilson has many years of law office experience and his infectious smile has endeared him to clients and co-workers alike. He is bilingual, and speaks Spanish better than Mr. Landau!

With one of the shortest commutes in the entire D.C.Metro area, Lauren Holtzman came on board as a Law Clerk, and after passing the Maryland Bar, has become an Associate, assisting clients and preparing cases for trial. In the last year, she has helped with Virginia cases in Loudoun, Fauquier and Fairfax Counties, and Hudson County, New Jersey.  She is an Oakton High School graduate who received her undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh.  Ms. Holtzman then went to the West Coast for her legal studies, gaining her doctorate at Lewis and Clarke Law School in Portland, Oregon.

Beatrice Vargas keeps the computers and database operations running. She is bilingual (Spanish), a Prince William County resident and former general manager in the Anita’s Restaurant chain.  “Betty” helps coordinate the cases of our International clients and makes sure Mr. Landau and his clients get to the court on time!

Legal Assistant Ferhana Ali brings international perspective to our negligence cases. Since we have clients with negligence (or “liability”) claims from all over the world, Ferhana has to coordinate different time zones, different courts and managing car crash cases, dog attack cases, premises liability cases, defective product cases, bicycle accident cases, slip and fall cases, assault and battery cases.

Long-time Herndon resident Dianna Meredith has been assisting clients with their Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability claims with Doug Landau for a decade. Dianna attended Herndon High School and has a deep knowledge of the area’s history, people and growth. She has received praise for “going above and beyond” from clients all over the country. She has attended numerous Workers Compensation Hearings, Social Security Administrative Law Judge Hearings and Continuing Legal Education programs. With experience in Human Resources and Medical Offices, she brings a unique perspective to the Landau Law Shop.

Not pictured: Pat Paris of “MacHelp” is often seen at the office making sure our computer systems are running smoothly, helping with the database programming, repairs and new equipment purchases.Melissa, Bookkeeping, and “Chancellor of the Exchequer” who relays information to the payroll services, the escrow (trust) account bankers and the ABRAMS LANDAU accountants.
